Top 3 Areas To Stay in Ahmedabad

Gujarat is one of the most popular and populous states in the country. And when we mention Gujarat, the former capital of the state, Ahmedabad immediately strikes our mind. This place has emerged as one of the best places in the state for economy and industry for the country. For this as well as many other reasons, Ahmedabad is experiencing a constant demand from the home buyers.

There are a few localities in Ahmedabad that are witnessing a surge in demand for housing. Especially the northern and western parts are in great demand. Vastrapur, Thaltej and Satellite can be touted as the most sought after spots for housing by people who are willing to invest in real estate.

Vastrapur:  This is the place popular for IIM, Gujarat University and NIIT. Absorbing the student populace, it gives scope for people to find premium homes as well as mid-segment homes. However, one needs to have in mind a whopping 75 lakh rupees if they wish to invest in a two bedroom flat. Three bedroom flat would cross one crore rupees.

Thaltej:  This place appears to be more affordable in comparison to Vastrapur. Its proximity to the SG Highway and the location of corporate offices and the overall residential feel the place cuts across make it a viable and a lucrative option in terms of real estate investment.  One could become a two bedroom flat owner with 50 lakhs.

Satellite: This is probably the most happening place in Ahmedabad where one could get bigger configurations in terms of three or four bedroom flats. If one intends to buy in this up market area, one has to be ready with a whopping one crore and above.

Motera, Ranip, Bopal, Chandkheda, Gota are some of the other attractive areas that people can also consider.  However, one has to be extra careful while they are investing in real estate and ensure that they are investing in authorized property and not get into any unauthorized setups as it involves lakhs and sometimes crores of rupees.
